Job summary

NIRAS, a specialist engineering consultancy, seeks an experienced CSA - Construction Supervisor/Coordinator to join the Site Projects team in Limerick on a long-term contract. The role focuses on coordinating contractor activities, ensuring safety and timely delivery on large-scale pharmaceutical projects.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years of construction experience, preferably in pharma life sciences, and a BE in Engineering, with strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and advanced

Qualifications

• BE degree in Engineering preferred with 5–10+ years in construction environments, ideally pharma/life science capital projects.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software: Word, PowerPoint, Project, Advanced Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor activities to monitor and track work against the schedule.
• Collaborate with Facility Users, Operations and Craft.
• Participate in constructability and safety reviews.
• Attend daily coordination meetings with Operations and others.
• Read and interpret construction documents, drawings, schedules, contracts, and proposals.
• Review project scope, budget and schedule; manage multiple projects.
