Achuman Capital is partnering with an international law firm based in Dublin to appoint a Lawyer to join their Construction team. The successful candidate will advise a broad client base including corporates, developers, contractors and funders on a range of construction matters.

The role covers procurement, construction contracts, development documentation, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and standard forms, with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE.

Responsibilities

We are working with an international law firm based in Dublin for a Lawyer to join their Construction team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Construction team, advising a broad client base including major corporate entities, developers, contractors, funders, approved housing bodies, government bodies, manufacturers and professional consultants. The team advises across both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, with projects spanning infrastructure, energy, residential and student accommodation, offices, retail, life sciences, industrial developments and civil and process engineering.

The role involves advising on project procurement, construction contracts and development documentation, including consultant appointments, collateral warranties, building contracts and development agreements, as well as standard forms. The successful candidate will also support clients on dispute avoidance and resolution.
