Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard's Dublin construction team is seeking a 2 PQE+ lawyer to join our expanding practice. You will advise government bodies, developers, funders and contractors on non-contentious and contentious construction work across infrastructure, energy and projects.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience advising on construction matters (non-contentious and contentious).
Strong drafting and consultative approach for clear commercial advice and documents.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Advise on procurement, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution for construction matters.
Draft and advise on building contracts, consultant appointments, warranties and development agreements across sectors.
Assist with management of construction disputes, including adjudications, conciliations and litigation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing practical, high-quality legal advice.
Take on early responsibility within a supportive, high-performing team and develop technical expertise.
