Job summary

Achuman Capital is seeking to place a lawyer with a top Irish law firm in Dublin to join their Debt Finance team. The successful candidate will advise banks, lenders and sponsors on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years’ PQE in debt finance or related area.
• Prior experience in finance law.
• Excellent academics.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documents.
• Prepare intercreditor arrangements and other finance documentation.
• Manage due diligence, conditions precedent and closings.
• Oversee post-completion matters and key transaction workstreams.
• Liaise directly with lenders, borrowers, and advisers.

We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm based in Dublin for a lawyer to join their Debt Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Debt Finance team, advising leading Irish and international banks, alternative and private credit lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions.

The role involves drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor arrangements and other finance documentation, as well as managing due diligence, conditions precedent, transaction closings and post-completion matters. The successful candidate will take responsibility for key transaction workstreams, and liaise directly with lenders, borrowers, counterpart counsel and advisers.

• 1-5 years’ PQE;
• Prior experience in finance law;
