Qualifications

• 2+ years estimating experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong commercial awareness with numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience with estimating or take-off software desirable.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Provide pricing for materials, labour, subcontractors.
• Source and negotiate quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare and submit tenders and cost breakdowns on time.
• Attend tender meetings and site visits as required.
• Identify value engineering opportunities.
• Support handover of projects to delivery team.
• Price variations and changes through lifecycle.
• Maintain estimating records and supplier pricing.
• Review tender outcomes for continuous improvement.
