Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Partner Solutions Specialist to empower key partners in selling Autodesk products, applications and services. You will collaborate with executives across Sales, Technical Sales and Partner Optimization to design programs that drive measurable results and long-term customer growth.

In a hybrid role reporting to the leader of emerging solutions specialists, you will work with the construction sales team to guide partner initiatives and deliver solutions-driven insights, leveraging

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive partner engagement and sales growth.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Autodesk products and services, especially Autodesk Construction Cloud.
