Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an Inventory Analyst in Ireland to monitor and optimize consignment stock across customer locations. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Finance to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize financial risk.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting and ERP transactions in SAP, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication. Fluency in English is required, Dutch is a plus, and a relevant 3rd level qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; Dutch an advantage.
• 2–4 years in inventory, customer service, supply chain or analyt ical roles.
• Experience with consignment stock processes.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools; full training provided.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of consignment inventory across customer locations.
• Support tracking of stock movements, replenishment and par levels.
• Review inventory reconciliations in SAP/ConsignPro; escalate discrepancies.
• Investigate routine discrepancies with Sales and Customer Service.
• Process expired inventory write-offs within approved timelines.
• Perform inventory transactions in SAP including transfers and adjustments.
