Temple Gate Hotel, Ennis, Clare, is seeking a Full Time Conference & Banqueting Porter to join our team. You will prepare and set up meeting rooms and functions, deliver refreshments, refresh rooms, and liaise with the meeting and events manager to ensure a smooth service.

This role involves meeting corporate clients, monitoring stock levels, and upholding the highest standards at every event. The position requires good organisation, time management, and the ability to work independently; full

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels for events and meetings.
• Greet and assist corporate clients.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Full Time Conference & Banqueting Porter for our team at the Temple Gate Hotel, Ennis, Clare

Primary responsibilities of this position include :

• To be responsible for the preparation and setting up of meeting rooms and functions.
• Delivering refreshments to the meeting rooms at the required times.
• Refreshing of meeting rooms.
• Liaising with the meeting and events manager to ensure a smooth service.
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Meeting and greeting our corporate clients.
• Uphold the highest level of standards throughout all events.

The ideal candidate for this position would need to be well organised, can manage time well, can work well independently and have some technical knowledge.

While experience is preferable, full training will be provided on site.This job involves heavy lifting and long periods of standing.
