FOTA ISLAND RESORT is seeking an ambitious Food & Beverage professional to lead Conference and Banqueting operations across the resort. You will work closely with the Resort F&B Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive revenue through innovative service and events.

The ideal candidate brings extensive wedding/event management experience, strong F&B knowledge (wine included), and proven leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in wedding and event management at a resort or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage, including wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication; capable of influencing change.
• Experience in F&B staff training, grooming, service etiquette.
• Experience with report writing, emails, training plans, and menus.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams and maintain high service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and grooming standards.
• Basic computer skills are expected.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily Conference and Banqueting operations across the resort.
• Provide support and guidance to F&B personnel; monitor performance.
• Generate ideas for service and products to drive revenue.
• Set up meeting and function spaces to standards of food and service.
• Review communications and plan staffing, room assignments, and décor.
• Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping to ensure top product delivery.

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic & self-motivated Food & Beverage professional with experience in organising, directing, and managing the Conference and Banqueting function across the resort.

Working closely with the Resort Food and Beverage Manager to provide an exceptional and innovative guest experience.

Responsibilities

• - Overseeing and running of the daily Conference and Banqueting operations across the resort, giving support and guidance to fellow Food & Beverage personnel as well as monitor job performance to ensure a successful experience by our guests
• - To generate new ideas for service and products that will maintain a competitive and leading edge over our competitive set and generate additional revenue
• - Responsible for the appropriate and timely set up of all Meeting and Function suites while - maintaining standards of food, beverage, and service specifications
• -Review all written communication, i.e., daily/weekly BEOs to determine appropriate staffing levels, room/station assignments, buffet décor and enhancements as they relate to Food & Beverage room set-ups.
• - Communicate information to the kitchen and other supportive departments prior to and during service.
• - Inspect and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all meeting and function suites
• - Co-ordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure the highest level of product delivery.
• - To organise weekly briefing with the Conference and Banqueting team and Beverage Supervisors to discuss and effectively cover all forthcoming events and review coverage of past week
• -To ensure service briefings are carried out as appropriate regarding core standards (dress code, hygiene, serviceprocedure)
