Role Description The Conference and Banqueting Associate is a on-site role based in Dublin, supporting the smooth delivery of meetings, conferences, and events within the hotel’s business and banqueting spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up conference rooms and banqueting areas according to event specifications, arranging furniture, equipment, and décor, and ensuring all audio-visual and technical requirements are ready before guests arrive. The role involves coordinating with the events and food and beverage teams, providing professional support to delegates and event organizers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in all function areas. The associate welcomes guests, responds to event-related queries, assists during service, and helps with post-event breakdown and resets for upcoming functions. This position requires flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in line with event schedules.
