Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is recruiting Health Care Assistants to support clients across Dublin South East (CHO6) including Blackrock, Stillorgan, Dun Laoghaire, Dundrum, Sandyford, Monkstown, Mount Merrion, Ballinteer, Churchtown, Rathfarnham, Foxrock, Cabinteely and surrounding areas.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with pay rates from €14.15–€17.00 per hour, flexible working arrangements, paid induction and ongoing development opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills; Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available).
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable due to community-based role.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Supporting client independence and social engagement.
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures.
