TerraGlen Residential Care Services is recruiting Support Workers to provide person-centred care for children and young adults with disabilities. Join a values-driven team that prioritises dignity, respect, and high-quality care while working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Successful applicants will be trained and supported; Garda Vetting is required, and a valid driving licence is preferred to access residential and respite locations. Right to work in Ireland is required.

Qualifications

• QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Health Care Support, Social Care, or a relevant equivalent.
• Positive, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
• Reliability, compassion, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in disability or social care services is an advantage but not essential — full training is provided.
• A Full Clean driving licence.
