Job summary

TerraGlen Residential Care Services in Ireland is expanding its team and seeking Support Workers to provide person-centred care for children and young adults with disabilities across Blackwater and Enniscorthy locations.

Reports to:

Social Care Leader / Deputy Social Care Manager / Person in Charge

TerraGlen provides person-centred, community-focused services for children and young adults with disabilities. Our teams play a central role in creating safe, nurturing, and empowering environments where each individual is supported to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

We are expanding our team and are seeking Support Workers who share our commitment to dignity, respect, and high-quality care.

What You Need

• QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Health Care Support, Social Care, or a relevant equivalent.
• A positive, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
• Reliability, compassion, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in disability or social care services is an advantage but not essential — full training is provided.
• A Full Clean driving licence.

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Ireland. TerraGlen is unable to provide or sponsor employment permits.

Vetting Requirement

Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting through Tusla and the National Vetting Bureau.

Please note that your application will be considered for both advertised Residential and Respite Services locations.
