TerraGlen Residential Care Services in Dunleer, Co. Louth, is expanding its team and seeking Support Workers. This permanent, full-time role supports children and young adults with disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment. QQI Level 5 in Health Care Support or Social Care is required; full training is provided.

Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland and be willing to undergo Garda Vetting through Tusla. The organisation emphasizes dignity, respect, and high-quality care.

Competenze

• QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Health Care Support, Social Care, or a relevant equivalent.
• A positive, person-centred approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
• Reliability, compassion, and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in disability or social care services is an advantage but not essential - full training is provided.
