Nua Healthcare Limited in Ireland is seeking an Assistant Support Worker to join our team supporting adults with complex needs. You will assist with daily living activities, education and skills development, and community involvement, on a 24/7 roster. No formal qualifications are required; full training is provided. A valid driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• No qualification required; all necessary training provided.
• Full Driver’s Licence is required or in progress.
• Good attitude and passion for supporting people.

Responsibilities

• Supporting people with their daily plan.
• Supporting people in the community.
• Assisting with education, skills development and achieving personal outcomes.
• Assisting with living skills (cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, family visits).
• Adhering to company policies, standards, regulations and codes of practice.
• Shift work over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
