Job summary

Nua Healthcare Limited in Dunlavin, County Wicklow, Ireland is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Assistant Support Workers or Social Care Workers. You will provide high-quality care to residents across our residential, day services and community outreach programs.

The role requires supporting people with daily living, education and personal outcomes while adhering to all policies and standards. Training is provided and a 7-day roster with shifts is in place.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a positive, caring attitude and a passion for supporting people.
• Driver’s licence is required or in progress.
• Degree in Social Care/Healthcare with CORU registration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to service users in residential and community settings.
• Support daily living activities and personal care.
• Assist with education, skills development and personal outcomes.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of practice.
• Work a 24-hour, 7-day roster with shift work.
