You will join a leading care provider delivering Residential, Supported Living, Day Services and Community Outreach, with a 24/7 shift roster and comprehensive training. Responsibilities include supporting people with daily plans and in the community, aiding education and personal development, and helping with living skills.

Qualifikationen

• Assistant Support Worker — No qualification required; training provided.
• Social Care Workers — Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline; CORU registration required.
• Relevant life experience would be desirable but not essential.
• Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people.
• Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of obtaining one.

Aufgaben

• Support people with their daily plan.
• Support people in the community.
• Support people with education, skills development, and personal outcomes.
• Assist living skills: cooking, cleaning, laundry, appointments, family visits, etc.
