Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required; comprehensive training provided.
Previous experience in a support role is desirable but not essential.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for supporting individuals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A full driving licence is required or actively pursuing one.
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide care to individuals who avail of the service.
Develop and upskill in providing high quality care.
Maintain professional working relationships with team members and service users.
Support individuals to develop independence and meaningful lives.
Work flexible shift patterns across a 24-hour, 7-day service.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards and codes of practice.
