The Irish Wheelchair Association (IWA) invites applications for a part-time Programme Assistant Driver based in An Castan, Navan. This role involves leading centre-based programme activities and ensuring the safe transport of members to and from the Community Centre.

Responsibilities include programme delivery, fundraising support, administrative duties, and safeguarding compliance. Requires QQI Level 5 HealthCare Support and a full driving license with a willingness to drive IWA buses.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold QQI Level 5 in HealthCare Support or equivalent.
• Full driving license and willingness to drive IWA buses.
• Experience with databases and Microsoft Office desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of programmes and activities in the Centre.
• Transport participants to and from the Centre and on outings.
• Assist with personal care and moving and handling as required.
• Maintain health and safety standards and safeguarding procedures.
