Allcare Pharmacy Blanchardstown is seeking a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for a part-time, permanent role. You will provide product information and advice to customers, maintain stock levels, handle cash, and work as part of a proactive pharmacy team.

Training and development opportunities are available within the Allcare network. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, clear communication, and a proactive approach to daily pharmacy operations, including OTC recommendations and safety

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Pharmacy/Retail/Hospitality preferable
• Cashier experience an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to use discretion with customer/patient information confidentially
• Good attention to detail essential
• Organised with the ability to multi-task under pressure
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Basic IT skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges in the Pharmacy
• Maintain stock control and correct delivery details as set by the Managing Pharmacist
• Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times to enhance customer relationships
• Work effectively as part of the Pharmacy team, flexible and adaptable in all areas
• Maintain professional working relationships with colleagues at all times
• Fulfil OTC requests using WWHAM questioning and refer to the Pharmacist when needed
• Ensure the Pharmacy is clean, safe, and cash handling procedures are followed
• Participate in training and development programmes offered by the Pharmacy
• Other duties as required by the Pharmacy management
• Support stakeholders within Allcare network to achieve company goals
• Pro-actively develop the role within the pharmacy environment
