Job summary

Avista in Dublin is seeking a Community Connector (Individual Support Staff) for It's My Life to work with supported persons in a community-based, socially inclusive manner. This permanent part-time role offers flexible hours (7HPW, 8HPW and 15HPW) and opportunities to develop connections, support self-direction, and promote active citizenship in an inclusive setting.

It's My Life Individualised Supports, are recruiting Community Connectors in the Dublin 15 area. The successful applicant will work with supported persons, on an individual basis to explore new opportunities, make connections based on the person's interests and support the person's ability to self-direct their life.
