Job summary

CPL Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a reputable service supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities across Ireland. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead and supervise staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring compliance with HIQA standards.

The role requires Level 8 qualification in Social Care or related field, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Level 8 qualification in social care or related field is required.
• Knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards is essential.
• Experience leading and supervising staff in a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff teams within the designated centre.
• Support individuals to live independently and in community settings.
