Job summary

CPL Healthcare is assisting in the recruitment of a leader to support a service for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in Ireland. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will ensure high-quality, person-centred care while complying with HIQA standards and regulations.

You will lead and supervise staff teams, promote autonomy and equality, and support individuals to live independently within their communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Level 8 qualification in social care or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, administration, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing and supervising staff.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
