Job summary

CPL Healthcare is seeking an experienced Person in Charge to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services for individuals with severe and profound intellectual and physical disabilities in a community setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 7 degree in Social Care or related nursing qualification, plus a suitable management qualification and a clean Irish driving licence. CORU registration where applicable is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff supervision experience in healthcare or similar settings.
• Management experience in a senior role (minimum 3 years).
• Experience delivering person-centred care for individuals with disabilities.

• Lead and oversee delivery of high-quality, person-centred services in the community.
• Coordinate and supervise care teams to ensure consistent service delivery.
