Job summary

CPL Healthcare, recruiting on behalf of a reputable organisation, invites applicants in Limerick to lead and support staff teams while delivering high-quality, person-centred services in line with HIQA standards.

The role requires a Level 8 qualification in a related field, minimum 3 years' experience with Intellectual Disabilities, strong HIQA knowledge, driving licence, and flexibility for evenings, weekends and on-call duties. This is a full-time position with excellent career progression.

Qualifications

• Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Experience leading and supervising teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to participate in evening, weekend, and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff teams while ensuring delivery of high-quality, person-centred services.
• Ensure services align with HIQA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
• Report to Area Manager and drive continuous service improvement.
