Job summary

CPL Healthcare is recruiting Social Care Workers to support individuals with intellectual disabilities across Ireland. The role requires a Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or related fields, strong knowledge of HIQA standards, and experience leading teams.

Candidates must have a full driving licence, be flexible for shift work, and be eligible to register with CORU. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for providing person-centred support across sites.

Qualifications

• Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards.
• Experience leading and supervising teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to participate in shift work.
• Eligibility to register as a Social Care Worker according to CORU requirements.
