Job summary

Deep knowledge of PTSB products and services.
Strong business development and selling track record.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate branch activities daily to optimise branch capacity and efficiencies.
Supervise and manage CF3 & CF4 roles advising on products or arranging financial services.
Coach Branch Colleagues to embed Blackbelt learnings and enhance customer engagement across channels.
Drive business development, lead generation and cross-sales with clear visibility on performance.
Provide excellent customer service and advise customers throughout their product/financial needs journey.
Collaborate with Senior Financial Consultants, SME Managers and Territory Sales Managers.
Coordinate branch sales activity with the territory team and Branch leadership.
