Job summary

Back4good is seeking an experienced Communications Manager in Ireland to provide strategic communication advice and lead the delivery of the client’s communications strategy. The role involves collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and managing the overarching communications plan across various channels including digital and print. Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience in communications, along with skills in community engagement and evidence-based campaign delivery.

Job description

Back 4 Good are working on a key assignment to fill a role and find a talented Communications Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to provide strategic communications advice to the employees and sales teams and deliver the client’s communications strategy.

Building on the existing communications approach you will lead the delivery and development of the client’s communications goals.

You will brief key internal stakeholders and liaise with external stakeholders.

As the owner of the overarching communications plan, you will keep key messages fresh and up-to-date and make good use of all channels including digital, print, media and engagement events.

Qualifications
  • The right individual will be educated to degree level or have equivalent work experience.
  • Have a wide range of communications experience including digital, media, print and marketing skills.
  • A good understanding of community engagement and ability to advise on reaching local audiences and stakeholder engagement is required.
  • A proven track record delivering evidence based campaigns and evaluation along with good writing skills and experience of managing budgets and assigning resources to projects.
