Job summary

Center Parcs Group at Longford Forest is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to support the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes in the Forest Diner team. Full training will be provided, and the role offers opportunities to learn, progress and join a supportive, friendly team.

You’ll work full-time with a guaranteed 150 hours over 4 weeks, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and you’ll receive added value from a bonus scheme and staff
