Center Parcs UK & Ireland's Longford Forest resort is hiring a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef for Rajinda Pradesh, our Indian restaurant. You will lead a fast‑paced kitchen and drive food quality while ensuring guest satisfaction.

This full‑time role offers a circa €50,700 annual salary plus 12% bonus, with 150 contracted hours per 4 weeks. You will oversee budgets, hygiene, scheduling and team development, collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to achieve excellence.

We're looking for a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead a team and deliver exceptional food quality and service to guests. You'll oversee kitchen operations, ensure high standards, manage budgets and foster a positive team culture.

What You'll Be Doing
