We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly new team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

Your working hours

• Full-time and part-time contracts available, fully flexible
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum amount of hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Free transport to and from work is available from Ballymahon and Longford Town for colleagues without access to their own transport
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
