Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our Forest Diner team in Ireland. This role offers learning opportunities and full training to help you develop while supporting food preparation, cooking and presentation.

You’ll work full-time with a guaranteed 150 hours over 4 weeks, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with Sunday premium rates. We offer a supportive team, leisure benefits and career development.

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Forest Diner team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

Your working hours

• Full‑time contract
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
