Job summary

Center Parcs group in Longford Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie to lead daily food preparation, maintain standards and support kitchen operations.

You will coach junior staff, monitor stock, control costs and ensure high quality dish presentation across shifts, including evenings and weekends. The role offers a full-time contract with flexible hours and a pay rate of €19.39 per hour plus tips, plus Sunday premium pay.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen leadership experience.
• Excellent communication with team members.
• Strong cooking and plating skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth.
• Act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when required.
• Monitor stock, portion control and ordering to manage costs effectively.
• Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency.
