Job summary

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef de Partie for our new gastro pub in Forest, Longford. You will support the Kitchen Manager, lead the kitchen team and help ensure budget adherence and high food quality.

Key duties include managing daily operations, controlling costs, ensuring food safety, and delivering guest satisfaction. This full-time role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays with a Sunday premium. Closing date: 05 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good financial awareness, including stock control, scheduling and waste management.
• Previous experience in a supervisory chef role (Chef de Partie or above).
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills under pressure.
