Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Cork is seeking a Commis Chef on a casual contract to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will help monitor food quality, ensure hygiene standards, and support the team in a fast-paced hotel kitchen environment.
