Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Commis Chef on casual contract to assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations at our Cork property. You will help maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, following the Head Chef's lead and adhering to HACCP regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotels or similar role.
• Genuine interest in food.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with overall kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards under supervision.
• Follow Head Chef's guidance for excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support kitchen staff in hygiene practices during food prep and storage.
