The g Hotel & Spa in Galway is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to support the Head Chef and help deliver high standards of food and service. You will thrive in a busy kitchen and work as part of a vibrant team to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Support the Head Chef and assist in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Assist with food preparation and cooking to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure cleanliness, food hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
