Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc in Cork is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support kitchen operations and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. You will take direction from the head and sous chefs and ensure a steady supply of clean ware and utensils.

You’ll receive training through the Dalata Academy and have opportunities to grow within the group. The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings, and weekends in a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kitchen.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Monitor food supplies and maintain clean ware, cooking ware and utensils.
• Ensure the kitchens are clean and HACCP standards are followed.
