Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel in Ireland is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to assist in preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes while upholding high culinary standards.

You will work with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods, maintain cleanliness, and participate in training and development opportunities across GN Group hotels.

This role offers weekly pay, on-site parking, staff benefits, and opportunities for internal progression within the GN group.

As a Commis chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the chefs in the smooth functioning of the kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes while maintaining high culinary standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the efficient execution of recipes and the overall quality of the food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and cooking of dishes in line with hotel recipes and quality standards

Work Schedule:
