Alliedtalent is seeking a Commercial Analyst in Dublin to support pre-sales activities and commercial tenders. You will work with Business Development, Bid Teams and Operations to influence pricing and profitability.

Qualifications

• Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally Big 4 or Top 10 trained.
• Strong Excel skills and an interest in developing financial modelling capability.
• Commercially curious, with a desire to move beyond audit into a hands-on, business-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of cost models covering labour, materials, overheads and mobilisation costs, with full training and support provided.
• Partner with sales and operations teams on costings for tenders, RFPs and retentions, often to tight deadlines.
• Run sensitivity and scenario analysis on key assumptions such as labour productivity and inflation.
• Work closely with operational stakeholders to validate cost assumptions and support business cases.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of pricing tools and templates.

On behalf of an international services business in Dublin, we are looking to hire a Commerical Analyst.

This is a pivotal, commercially focused role supporting competitive tenders, bids and client solutions. Working closely with Business Development, Bid Teams and Operations, you will sit at the heart of the pre-sales process, directly influencing how the business wins work. It's an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant to build commercial and pricing skills in a high-visibility role.

What We're Looking For:

• Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally Big 4 or Top 10 trained
• Strong Excel skills and an interest in developing financial modelling capability. Prior modelling experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• Commercially curious, with a desire to move beyond audit into a hands-on, business-facing role
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to varied stakeholders
