The Role

• Provide commercial analysis, reporting, and decision support across revenue, pricing, and market activity to support profitable, data-led commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial reports, dashboards, and market trackers for management review.
• Analyze booking trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity to support revenue, capacity, and pricing decisions.
• Support pricing, revenue management, and commercial planning through clear analysis and recommendations. Monitor campaign, sales channel, and ancillary revenue performance, identifying risks and opportunities. Provide scenario modelling, schedules, capacity, and commercial projects.
• Maintain structured datasets, assumptions, reports, and presentation materials, and provide ad hoc analytical support as required.

Role Scope

• Covers revenue, pricing, market performance, commercial reports, dashboards, and support for internal stakeholders across relevant business areas.

Organization

• This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Context

• The role provides analytical insight across commercial performance, pricing, demand, economics, and market activity, working with internal and external stakeholders to support timely and informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineerin, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Fluent English required; Spanish desirable.
• Typically requires 2-4 years' experience in commercial analysis, revenue management, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.

Required and Desired Technical Skills

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, strong English communication, data analysis, reporting, structured problem solving, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Desirable skills include revenue management, pricing, network planning, forecasting, SQL, Power BI, Python, R, or relevant commercial systems.
