Job summary

Uniphar in Ireland is seeking a proactive administrator to join the Commercial Administrative Team, supporting the rollout of the LDR system initiative. You will work with the commercial team to implement new systems, manage dual maintenance during the transition, and help ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting rollout of new systems in a commercial environment.
• Ability to maintain data integrity across legacy and new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support system implementation and ensure smooth adoption.
• Maintain dual data and system maintenance during transition.
• Input, review and validate product, pricing and commercial data.
• Identify issues and escalate to relevant teams.
• Provide user support and training with system usage.
• Document system changes and track processes for audits.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations and other teams.
• Generate status updates and data summaries for decisions.
• Suggest process improvements for system workflows.
