Job summary

Uniphar Group in Ireland seeks a dynamic Business Support Specialist to join the Allphar Business Support team. This role focuses on data-driven insights, reporting and cross-functional collaboration to support business priorities.

You will manipulate large data sets, generate KPI dashboards, coordinate New Account and New Product setups, and support pricing and master data processes in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; and computer skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
Communication skills providing ability to create strong relationships internally and externally within the business.
Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively.
Highly driven and motivated.

Responsibilities

Manipulate data to present actionable insights to the team.
Cleansing and analysing data from multiple sources to calibrate information.
Collaborate with other functions to gather relevant data and ensure source accuracy.
Generate reporting, pricing and operational metrics for over 100 blue chip multinational clients.
Deliver KPI sets to ensure market-leading reporting, pricing and stock capabilities.
Assist Business Support Team Lead with high-level reporting duties.
