Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a senior technical leader to drive method development and validation across organic and inorganic analyses. You will lead new method implementation, ensure accreditation requirements are met, and provide expert support to commercial teams and customers.

Reporting to Laboratory Manager, you will mentor staff, optimise QC systems, and coordinate investigations related to method performance and non-conformances, while maintaining high quality standards and safe

Qualifications

Significant experience in a UKAS/INAB 17025 laboratory.
5 years experience in method development, optimisation and validation.
Experience with advanced analytical techniques (ICP-MS, ICP-OES, photometric analysers, ion chromatography).

Responsibilities

Lead development, validation, verification and implementation of new analytical methods.
Research and introduce new analytical technologies and testing capabilities.
Provide technical leadership to ensure customer requirements are met and accreditation maintained.
Mentor laboratory staff and coordinate technical trainings.
Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, QC systems and laboratory practices.
Support quality systems, audits, non-conformance investigations and CAPA.
Provide technical reviews for tender processes and support sales/customer engagements.
Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting in LIMS and related systems.
