Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Proven senior experience in a Commercial Management position within the construction industry.
• Experience managing and developing commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, contracts and commercial reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic approach.
