Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source in Ireland seeks a permanent Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across structural steel projects in Co. Kildare, ensuring profitability, contractual compliance, and effective cost control.

Start date is immediate. Responsibilities include overseeing estimating, tendering, budgets, cash flow, and contract negotiations with clients, suppliers and subcontractors, plus reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in QS, Construction Management or related field is required.
• Extensive experience in structural steel or heavy construction is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management expertise is essential.

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 per annum (DOE)

Contract: Permanent
