GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join its senior leadership team. You will lead the commercial management of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through final account, ensuring strong performance, contract administration and successful delivery.

This role offers hybrid working (2 days WFH), a salary range of €120,000–€130,000+ DOE, a company vehicle or car allowance, 5% employer pension contribution and income

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience as Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor in a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects.
• Excellent commercial, financial and contractual management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial delivery of multiple construction projects.
• Manage contracts, commercial risk, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cash flow and monthly commercial reporting.
• Drive cost control initiatives and maximise project profitability.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support procurement activities and subcontractor management.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop Quantity Surveyors and junior commercial staff.
• Provide commercial reporting and strategic insight to senior management.

A highly regarded Irish main contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join its senior leadership team. The Role

You will lead the commercial management of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring strong commercial performance, effective contract management and successful project delivery.
