360 Search in Cork is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Executive to join a leading Irish-owned insurance brokerage. You will manage the general insurance needs of a portfolio of commercial clients, advising on policies and negotiating with underwriters to deliver risk-aware solutions.

In this role you will handle renewals and amendments while maintaining strong client relationships in a regulated environment.

Competenze

• APA Commercial qualification (minimum) and working towards CIP.
• At least 12 months experience in a commercial insurance role.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and underwriting practices.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance systems.
• Regulatory compliance with Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code and CPD requirements.
