Job summary

CarTrawler seeks a Commercial Manager to lead the Americas & ROW Trading Squad on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will drive profitable growth, align resources to high-value opportunities, and report to the Head of P&L.

You will own the trading performance with cross-functional teams including pricing, analytics, CRM and marketing, delivering against ambitious targets and improving processes for partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a digital/tech-enabled environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value commercial opportunities and set squad priorities.
• Drive profitable growth and trading performance while maintaining partner satisfaction.
• Deliver against targets using pricing, CRM, digital marketing and merchandising levers.
• Coordinate data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover opportunities.
• Define and present the trading strategic roadmap and key initiatives.
