Tesco Ireland is launching its Commercial Graduate Programme in Dun Laoghaire. The scheme features two placements—Stretch and Core—with clear objectives and measurable business outcomes.

You’ll gain exposure to buying, product development, supplier management, merchandising, pricing and customer insights, while analysing data to support decisions. The 18‑month programme includes workshops, personal development, store visits, mentoring and networking with leaders.

Formación

• Recent graduate aiming for a career in commercial retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities.
